It is without a doubt that Ballyhoo has kept their status as a professional Band through all these years. Despite the fact that the Band came to a grinding halt in the beginning of 2000, when the Bass player “Fergie” was involved in a near fatal car accident, they were unable to perform for 6 months. But it was through this turn of events, that Ballyhoo got back together with their original ex vocalist, Derrick Dryan, and have continued doing what they do best….. performing live !
Ballyhoo has travelled extensively throughout Africa and Europe, performing for Company Functions, Festivals & Party’s. They play a wide selection of music to suite every occasion, with songs ranging from Golden Oldies to Current Hits, as well as Original material.
